Its funny how governments that fought AGAINST hitler are the ones most closely follow his processes for complete and total control of their people. Simple concept, yet highly effective. Remove small liberties over a period of time and continue doing so but only with small things at a time. People will adapt to this, much like a frog in a pot when you gradually increase the heat. And by the time people realize(if ever) that their freedom has been taken, its too late and virtually nothing can be done short of total revolution.
